Challenge

Strengthening market awareness of Tata 1mg’s diagnostic offerings to effectively reach and engage a wider customer base.

What we did

To overcome this challenge, we implemented a multi-layered approach: expanding into vernacular communication across targeted cities, elevating non-vernacular messaging through stronger design, and producing high-quality performance marketing assets that solidified the brand identity with relevant visuals and copy to foster relatability. Collectively, these initiatives enhanced awareness and broadened audience engagement.


Results

The introduction of the new design language led to a notable increase in click-through rates and contributed significantly to enhancing awareness of the diagnostic services offered by Tata 1mg.
