How may we re-engage lapsed players while attracting new ones in India's diverse and rapidly growing gaming industry?

What we did

We decoded India’s gaming audience to understand player motivations, behaviours, and barriers.
Using these insights, we enhanced accessibility, strengthened community engagement, and expanded competitive play to re-energise the ecosystem.

At the centre of this strategy, we built Creator Club Members (CC Members) which is India’s first dedicated COD:M creator ecosystem to drive authentic influence, sustained player growth and awarness of the new game updates.

Results

We achieved an average reach of 7.68 million people every quarter, consistently strengthening awareness and re-engagement.
The Creator Club Members (CC Members) program rapidly scaled through the year, building a strong community of COD:M players in India.
